The delivery time is typically 7-10 business days for shipments within Australia. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Aramex and most parcels are designed to fit in a standard mailbox. Mail is delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.

Shipping is free of charge for orders over A$35. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of A$4.50 will be applied per order.

To order 10-50 phone cases with printing, you can easily design a phone case via the website, a 10% discount will automatically be applied during checkout. The custom G8s Thinq case is printed on demand according to your design, therefore it's not possible to return the case. If you have received a faulty case or if there is another issue with your custom case you will receive a free replacement, without having to return the case.
