The delivery time is typically 7-10 business days for shipments within Canada. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and most parcels are designed to fit in a standard mailbox. Canada Post delivers mail Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Shipping is free of charge for orders over CA$35. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of CA$2.99 will be applied per order.

To order 10-50 phone cases with printing, you can easily design a phone case via the website, a 10% discount will automatically be applied during checkout. For larger quantities, you can request a quote via our B2B page. We will be happy to inform you about the options and prices for your request. We have an extensive range of cases for business customers, in various materials and colors.

The custom Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus case is printed on demand according to your design, therefore it's not possible to return the case. If you have received a faulty case or if there is another issue with your custom case you will receive a free replacement, without having to return the case.
