Why is the tracking information not updated for a few days?
It’s not uncommon for tracking information to remain unchanged for a few days, especially during busy periods when couriers are handling a high volume of shipments. This does not mean that your shipment is not moving or has been lost. Shipments are often in transit between sorting facilities, where updates might not be recorded daily. While delays can sometimes occur, it’s important to note that shipments rarely get lost.
Can i change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order before it enters the processing stage. Once the order is being processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. What is the return/refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized cases. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for customized products due to their personalized nature. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support to request a replacement.
